A major focus of Behbud is on general health with the main thrust on primary and reproductive healthcare. Behbud has been one of the pioneers in family planning services in the Rawalpindi Division and the chief leader in launching the Vasectomy Program (male contraceptive surgery). It was for this reason that Behbuds clinic and operation theater was declared one of the 15 Best in Pakistan by USAID.
