The CATALYST Consortium is a global reproductive health activity initiated by the Center for Population, Health and Nutrition, Bureau for Global Programs of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) on September 31, 2000. USAID/PERU has launched a five-year strategy (2002-2006), which through the CATALYST Consortium, aims to achieve intermediate results in Peru.
