Centre for Healthworks, Development and Research (CHEDRES) aims to promote family health, especially women’s health and rights through empowerment of women, youth and children. CHEDRES is concerned primarily with promoting safe motherhood initiatives among women in riverside communities in Cross River and four states in south Nigeria.
