Society for the Study of Women’s Health (SSWH) seeks to promote the health and social well-being of Gambian women, through applied research and evidence-based advocacy. It primarily intends to concentrate its efforts on gender and health research on women’s health, maternal health and nutrition, policy engagement on women’s health issues, training and mentoring of social agents of change in women’s health.
