On July 14th, the Woodrow Wilson Center, supported by the MHTF, featured a panel presentation of the newest data and best practices from those who work most closely with maternal morbidities like obstetric fistula and pelvic organ prolapse. Introductory remarks were given by Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, New York 12th Congressional District! It was a chance for both policy experts and practitioners in the field to exchange ideas and learn what works, what doesn’t work, and what gaps in data or supplies still exist.
