Care of Afghan Families (CAF) is currently implementing basic package of health services (BPHS) in Takhar, Kunduz, and Faryab and Badakhshan Provinces of Afghanistan using community based approaches and besides the BPHS CAF also implement essential package of health services (EPHS) in Faizabad province of Afghanistan.
