The National Committee for Maternal and Neonatal Health (NCMNH) is an extended arm of the Ministry of Health. It acts as a local technical and advisory body for all matters related to women’s health, to promote safe and healthy motherhood, and reduce maternal and neonatal deaths and disabilities in particular.
