This Q&A panel focused on the session, “Enabling Resources and Barriers to Care” discussed various topics with Jonas, Turan, Messersmith, Mbombo and Kiarie. Topics raised included: stigma for HIV versus other diseases, discrimination against men in HIV treatments, quality of services delivered, encouraging early testing and community messaging around testing, concentration on HIV unknown non-pregnant women and girls, ART use and perceptions of ART optimism, implications of the review for Option B+, confidentiality policy improvement and subsequent pregnancies of HIV+ women.
