This Q&A panel focused on the session, “HIV, AIDS, and Maternal Health Care” discussed various topics with Anderson, Sebitloane, Fawzi and Cooper. Topics raised included: work overload and manpower expected for roll-out of new initiatives, hormonal contraceptive use for HIV- users with regards to prevention of HIV, stigmatization of HIV+ women in regards to preconception counseling, food insecurity challenges and issues of sustainability, capacity to supply drug treatments and treatment for those HIV+ seeking safer conception options.
